Terms of Service
The plain version of how you can use DigitalClock.
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Use the clock however you want
DigitalClock is free for personal and commercial use. Run it on your desk, project it onto a wall during a class, display it in a kitchen, embed it in a stream, leave it open all day on a second monitor — all of that is fine and encouraged.
It is provided as-is
We have done our best to make the clock accurate and reliable, but DigitalClock is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The clock reads your device's system time; we are not responsible if your device clock is wrong.
Do not rely on this clock for safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial timing. Use a certified time source for those purposes.
Don't abuse the service
- Do not attempt to overload, degrade, or attack the website or its infrastructure
- Do not impersonate DigitalClock or use its name to mislead users
- Do not re-host the site in a way designed to deceive users about the original source
Brand and content
The DigitalClock name, visual identity, themes, copy, and all assets on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or rehost them without permission. The clock's output (i.e. the time it displays) is not copyrightable; you can freely embed, screenshot, or display the running clock for personal or commercial purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use DigitalClock after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalClock and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
