Privacy Policy
The short version: we don't ask you to sign up, and we don't collect anything that identifies you personally.
Last updated: June 28, 2026
What we collect from you directly
Nothing personal. DigitalClock does not require an account, does not ask for your email, and has no signup form. You can use the clock without giving us any information about yourself.
What is stored in your browser
Your clock preferences — theme, 12 or 24-hour format, whether to show seconds, whether to show the date, and whether keep-screen-on is enabled — are saved in your browser's localStorage. This data lives on your own device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data for DigitalClock removes it instantly.
Analytics and advertising
To understand how the site is used and to cover the cost of running it, we may load third-party services such as analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics) and advertising networks (e.g. Google AdSense). These services may set their own cookies to count visits, measure ad performance, and personalize what is shown.
These third-party services collect data according to their own privacy policies. They may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to recognize repeat visits and serve relevant ads. If you would prefer not to be measured or shown personalized ads, you can disable cookies in your browser settings or use any standard content/ad blocker — the clock will continue working perfectly.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not run server-side logging of the time you spend on the page or the choices you make.
- We do not combine your activity here with data from other sites we operate.
Children's privacy
DigitalClock is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through any contact channel, please email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, deletion, or correction of personal data we hold about you (under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws). Since we do not collect personal data directly, requests of this kind are best directed to the third-party services listed above (analytics, ad networks) via their own opt-out tools.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy — for example, by adding a new analytics or ad provider — the “last updated” date at the top will change accordingly, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
